Caroline M. Smith is a graduate of University of Michigan with a degree in Political Science and Sociology. She received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022. Caroline has concentrated her legal practice in family law matters, including divorce, post decree matters, parenting and child support issues, as well as probate and guardianship matters.

Caroline has represented clients in DuPage, Cook, Kane, and Will Counties. Caroline is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois, and the Illinois State Bar Association. Additionally, Caroline is a certified Guardian ad Litem and also a certified mediator.
