Fathers Seek Changes in Child Custody Laws

Child custody laws in Illinois are being challenged by a group of fathers called Dads Can Too, who believe joint custody should be the default arrangement in custody hearings. These fathers argue that they have struggled for years to be more involved in their children’s lives and want to be seen as equal caretakers.
