Attorney Bio

Christina Babakitis



Christina is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a BA in History and Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 1987. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1988. She also was admitted to the US Northern District of Illinois Court in 1988. She is a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois admitted in 1994 . She received an LLM in Real Estate from John Marshall Law in 2006.
Christina has concentrated her practice for the last 20 years in real estate and building court matters. She has handled hundreds of closings representing both individuals and lenders. She has also handled many building violation cases representing lenders and owners in Cook, Will, DuPage and Lake County.
Earlier in her career she handled commercial litigation and equipment leasing cases. Christina is a member of the Hellenic Bar Association, the DuPage Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association.
Christina believes in volunteering and over the years has read to children with chronic illnesses at Larabida Children’s Hospital. She also has volunteered with the All Stars Project of Chicago and Chicago Cares, Inc.
